ParticipateRo(o)tation - sustainable integration of the long-term unemployed into the labour market through financial education and psychotherapeutically supported mental wellbeing leading to social inclusion.
Ro(o)tation empowers long-term unemployed people in Poland and Italy through an integrated path combining psychotherapy, financial education, and job carving.
Over three years, 120 participants – including at least 40 on the autism spectrum – will receive personalised support and opportunities for paid, inclusive work within local “Rooted Rooftop Communities” in Caserta, Italy and Piaseczno, Poland.
By connecting employers, professionals, and local communities, Ro(o)tation grows inclusion from the roots up.
